Wow. What a great steak and cheese. Waaaay too small but only $7. It was soooo good. If they werent closing. I would have ordered another one. Location is hard to find. Honestly, i dont know how i found it to begin with and it took me 5mins to find a exit without a key needed but man. It was worth it. Clean deli with a wide variety of options and one of the best no name steak n cheeses ive ever had

1600 Kitchen is a small Korean deli located in the 1600 Tysons Blvd professional building. They offer an extensive menu, such as: Korean BBQ Bowls (your choice of beef, spicy chicken, chicken, tofu, or no meat); burgers; breakfast platters and sandwiches; bagels; sandwiches; cold and hot sammies; candies; chips, and even catering options. We tried out their Korean BBQ Bowl with the beef, in which you can choose all the ingredients you fancy in it. We opted for the jahpchae, kimchi, kale, spinach, cucumber, radish, and a fried egg with the beef. This was absolutely delicious! The rice was cooked perfectly; the ingredients were well-prepared and super fresh, and the kimchi was perfectly fermented. The marinated beef, which seemed of high quality slices of steak, was savory and complement the bowl perfectly. The portions were generous, too! Don't forget to sauce it up! They have a variety and different levels of spiciness; their spicy version of the gochujang sauce is, LEGIT, spicy! The staff here are super sweet! There are some tables to dine-in, but it seems as this place is mostly in the know of the employees who work in the building. I'd love to check out their other options on the menu, such as their gourmet burgers and their grilled sandwiches. I know, however, that I'll be coming back for their bowls! +Korean BBQ Bowl (with beef) +friendly staff! +located in the 1600 Tysons Blvd professional building +attached paid garage parking available

This place is funny. It's located in an office tower on the 2nd floor tucked behind a random hallway. It has no windows. It is not an expected local for a deli. But excellent fast casual bibinbap, as well as onion rings. That's all we had. Delicious sauces and so many options for the bibinbap. I really enjoyed the sweet potato noodles. I actually really enjoyed everything I ate. With bipinbap, more is more so get all the toppings.

1600 kitchen is definitely a hidden gem. My husband and went round and round trying to find it but it was so worth it. It looks like a building snack shop.. well it is a building snack shop but the food was fresh and amazing. We got the spicy beef bowl with rice and noodles and tons of fresh vegetable toppings and a tofu bowl with tons of fresh and yummy toppings. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hidden gem! Nice staff, good pricing and selection and the bowl was SO fresh! Plenty of fresh ingredients! Think Korean Sweat Leaf! I'll be back! Today I had the spicy chicken bowl. Really satisfying and not too spicy but it has a great kick! Can't wait to come back and try the beef!
